To help support our community during this difficult time, CMHS will be offering walk-in mental health support services over the next two weeks.

Our dedicated team makes accessing mental health care simple and comfortable through in‑person, virtual, and community‑based options. As the region’s Lead Agency for children’s mental health, we’re committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based support that helps young people grow, cope, and thrive.
